Lost and found office & lost and found service in Rovaniemi
If you have lost something of your own or find something that is missing its owner, we're here to help. Our lost and found office serves both private customers and businesses in the Rovaniemi area. We operate according to the permit granted by the Regional State Administrative Agency and in close cooperation with the police, based on the Lost Property Act and lost property regulations.
Anyone who is looking for their property can contact our on-call service number or visit our office to inquire about the lost item. We accept lost and found items from private customers, as well as from companies and public operators in the area on a contractual basis. We also operate a shop for any unclaimed lost property.
Our office is located very close to Rovaniemi city centre, in the same premises as the Vintikki marketplace. Good transport connections and free parking make it easy to visit us, even if you are coming from farther away!
Quick price list
Our prices are based on the Lost Property Act and lost property regulations. The lost property fee is 5% of the fair value of the product, up to a maximum of €17.00. Delivery and packaging fees are based on a separate agreement.
